In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Tata777," "we," "us," "our" refers to the Tata777 online gaming platform, accessible at tata777.app, and its operators.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Tata777 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Tata777 platform.

By accessing the Tata777 platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Tata777 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the Tata777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Tata777 platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.

Tata777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Tata777 may result in account suspension or closure.

To access real-money games on the Tata777 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

4.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active Tata777 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Tata777 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of deposited funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Tata777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Tata777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Tata777 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC requests, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Tata777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Tata777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Tata777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your Tata777 account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the Tata777 account. Before any withdrawal is processed, Tata777 may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• Tata777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the Tata777 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.

Tata777 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet sizes applicable to each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Tata777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Players may only claim each bonus offer once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Tata777 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any particular bonus or promotion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of Tata777 management shall be final.

All games available on the Tata777 platform — including Slots, Dice, Keno Bonus Number, Super Keno, King of Fishing, Insect Master, D&T Ranking, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

7.1 RNG Certification

All Tata777 games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in the game lobby for each title.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, Tata777 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Tata777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify Tata777 support within 72 hours of the disputed game round. Tata777 will investigate the matter using server-side game logs, which shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes. The decision of Tata777 following investigation shall be final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Tata777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Money laundering: Using the Tata777 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing information about game outcomes in real time.
• Cheating software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, game exploitation software, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other method of bonus manipulation.
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with the Tata777 platform's systems, servers, or databases without authorization.
• Third-party wagering: Placing wagers on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account to place wagers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Tata777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Tata777 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Tata777 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Tata777 software.
• Use any Tata777 trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of Tata777 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tata777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or service interruptions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect or consequential loss not reasonably foreseeable by Tata777 at the time you accepted these Terms.

Tata777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Tata777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Tata777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Tata777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, Tata777 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, account balances may be forfeited in whole or in part. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

Tata777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Tata777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform. All data processing is conducted in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Tata777 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Tata777 support. Tata777 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent Tata777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.

Tata777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Tata777 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Tata777 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
